Can these filter pads be used in koi ponds, or are they only suitable for aquariums?

FilterFirst pads are specifically designed to trap everything from large to very fine debris in aquarium water. Since koi ponds typically contain significant amounts of floating debris, the pads might clog more quickly in that setting. While the premium pads are durable, reusable, and easy to rinse, they haven’t been tested in ponds.
