I appreciate you checking with us. We have not used the ProVac and unfortunately can not recommend the best filer pad. Our polishing pad would probably clog up too quickly from the particles being pulled into the vac. Your better choice is our FilterFirst Dual Density filter pad skinny, but we do not know the thickness of the pad.
